Excessive brake pedal travel

Replaced the front pads and rear brake hoses, then blead all.
Pedal still travels to the floor before and after service.
Do I need to look at the master cylinder or is there air in the system ?

it may be air in the system or a leak somehow (has the fluid level gone down?) If there is a leak then check the master cylinder and then (if present) the slave cylinder.
