Engine Problems

I have a 93 Civic that's causing me problems again. Its idling rough and sputtering. I did a compression test: 185,175,170,170 psi. It over heated on me as well. I was thinking that it might be the head gasket, but wouldnt the compression be lower than what it is? Worn rings maybe? I have no idea. Also, park plug number 3 was filled with oil on top if it, but I could not find a leak in the head. Can someone please help me, of give me some suggestions. I'd appreciate it.

This may be a little outta whack, but are you sure the crank case was never overfilled?

Also, how's the radiator doing? are you sure the cooling system is working properly?
