So they couldn't even get passed lap two on Sunday, they seem to be going from bad to worse these days http://www.eforecourt.com/UBB/disgust.gif . Now they're back in fifth in the Constructors, with both Williams and Benetton in front of them :( . Is there any hope left this season for the unlucky team? Can they hold on to their third place?
F1 is just not the same without the Jordan team. Ever since I got a Jordan top for myself, the team have seemed to go backwards.
Why did I ever buy that top?
Jordan have 2 good drivers but alas the strong Jordan car has turned into a sad shopping kart. So Jordan, lets move up a gear (have they got there gear box sorted)and get that hornet over the finishing line in first.
Let's see how good these Jordan drivers are.
The other problem is, now that I drive a BMW I supose I better follow the Williams team. God help me, I don't think I could ever become a Button Fan. Ralf is a different story.
Cheers Phil.

They're on more than a slippery slope. They're in free fall.
I did hear a rumour this week though that it's possible Villeneuve and the Factory Honda engine could be on their way to Jordan because Bar is so far off the pace.

Jordan was also renowned for having young exciting drivers. Now, since Damon Hill, I think that their current drivers lack a certain flair and charisma. I mean, Trulli and Frentzen aren't exactly the life of the party no are they? Not like the Schumachers, Fisichella, Eddie Irvine etc. Maybe its just because the cars haven't being giving the drivers a chance lately - I just don't know :(
I'm sorry, but I have to stop you there chancer. What planet did you arrive from?
Last year Frentzen was nearly in the top 3 in every race last year. It's not the drivers its the car.
The only flair that Fisichella shows is how he uses other cars as brakes. I surprised that he dos'nt have hugh bumpers on the front of his car. Maybe he can't see over the steering wheel yet. I mean what height is he, four foot nothing me thinks.
If the Honda engine and Villeneuve come over to Jordan I reckon were going to see a different team. Someone with Villeneuve's and Frentzens experience will help improve the Jordan car performance.
But lets not rule out Jordan yet. There's still alot of races to go. So go on Jordan, lets see what your made off.
Cheers Phil.

Phil,
I've got to disagree with you about Fisicella. He's one hell of a good driver it's just that he's lumbered with a **** car.He was way better than Ralf when they were both at Jordan.
I know that you maybe a slight bit pis*ed about the way he took Trulli out but I think in fairness it was 50-50.
What I'm trying to point out is Fissi is one of the most highly regarded drivers in F1.
Well Astraman, take a look at this. I rest my case....

Nice wheelstand, but doing it on a motorcycle is usually less devastating to hardware.

Phil,
That's not fair that just happened today or yesterday in testing but you're quick to post the picture I'll give you that.
It looks like Trulli got him back for the Nurnburgring pretty good though. :D
Where did you see the picture.
Sorry about that Astraman.
You can get the full story at the following link (http://www.eforecourt.com/f1/f1all.htm)
and here is some snaps of the crash (http://www.planet-f1.com/gallery/new.html/f1/ENG?serie_id=98&pic_id=611#pics)

<FONT face="Comic Sans MS">Sorry to join this one late Guys as I haven't been around but i.m.h.o Jordan have one of the top four drivers in Frentzen , but have one of the worst four cars on the grid. With an over weight gearbox and sad relieability it's not looking good. Although they are still getting there above BAR which is quiet unblieveably at the moment, if they don't get a result within the next two GP's I think they can say good bye to the season, Next year is a different Story another designer gone .. not looking good .. I'd say Trulli could be told to F off as well unless he improves dramatically as well. I think Eddie might sell off at the end of the season and take an executive postion on a board of Directors ...</FONT f>
