I see in the Times today that the 10th. Classic and Vintage Motor Show takes place this Sunday. It will be on at the Cathal Brugha barracks, Rathmines.
Any more info on this Paul? Will you be there with some classic Retromobiles? Also what time does it commence and end?
Maybe this would be a good opportunity for us electronic associates to meet up - anyone on?

Yes I will be there with a small number of Classics for sale. It starts at 11 and I think it runs on until 5ish. Should be good fun, so I'm sure I will meet many of you there!

Yes it looks good. I will be there most of the day hopefully. I think there are a few Motorwebers going also.

Great, but do they know that I may be there too?! Should I go incognito, or will it be safe enough to wear an eForecourt embossed T-Shirt? Then you can all play 'Spot the WhipLash' ;)
I think Junior’s going to try and make it, so who else can we expect to see there then?
Hmm, maybe a photo of my good self is required, one from our F1 excursion perhaps...keep an eye out on the Motor Mouth forum today for a WhipLash exclusive!
So did anyone go to the show? Was it a big event, or a waste of time?

Well I was there all day yesterday with PaulK. We had a great day. There was a lot of rare, expensive and exotic machines there, and it didn't rain.
Plenty of Jaguars, obviously, great show of Italians, including a brand new Ferrari 360 Modena, Alfa Sprint Speciale, Jensen Interceptor and PaulK had a Citroen DS and also a '68 Dodge Charger. Nice stuff....!

Sounds like it was a great motoring event all right. Unfortunately I couldn't make it on Sunday, a shame really :(.
So did anyone get to take some photo's?

Yep, it was a great day all together! And thank you Becos for helping me out on the day!! You saved my day, after I was let down by a number of people that had made promises they couldn't keep!!! :(
But, we managed to turn it around and thanks to BeCos who tracked down a stunning 1968 Dodge Charger (remember one of the earlier Mystery Cars?!!) through a friend of his, we had a fabulous crowd puller!!!

Sunday the 16th, July? Unfortunately I won't be able to make this show either. I was hoping to see this show, but I'll be away, so I guess I'll have to wait till next year .
