I have a diesel van ,the temp gague dosnt seem to work I have also noticed the heater dosnt blow hot air and the radiator fans do not come on can any give me some advice please?

Please let us know what year, what engine size petrol or diesel and how much water/coolant you have to put in every week/ over how many miles.
