I've been looking for a single trip family cover in Europe and came across 3 different companies offering the same insurance, all for different prices!
Lets compare some of the travel insurance prices on offer...
The travel insurance is underwritten by ACE Insurance. Apart from different colour schemes, the webpages all look the same, except for the prices that is!
If you are considering the offerings from any of AIB, EBS or 123.ie, then please consider the following:
Annual Trip
123.ie - 78 Euro
EBS.ie - 80 Euro
AIB.ie - 85 Euro
Single Trip (17 days)
123.ie - 39 Euro
EBS.ie - 44 Euro
AIB.ie - 47 Euro
So 123.ie is the cheapest, and AIB the dearest. However, I then discovered that ACE Insurance also have their own website, and they are cheapest of the lot! 36 Euro for the 17 day trip, and 73 Euro for the Annual trip travel insurance. Take a visit to http://www.acetravelinsurance.ie/ and see for yourself.
getcover.com quotes look as cheap, also check out gosure.ie. The Credit Union are doing annual multi-trip family travel insurance for 75 Euro a year. However compare the fine print and choose whichever one is most suitable for you own individual case.
