A US federal judge has slammed a tempoary injunction on Napster :( . A law suit was brought by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) and the National Music Publishers Association (NMPA).

Its understood that the San Francisco-based company intends appealing against the injunction as soon as possible.
