my Peugeot 206 1.9 diesel drives perfectly - just can't get it started from cold. The glow plugs are drawing plenty of current from the battery, turns over fine, just doesn't fire up. The only way I manage to get it running is to pump the hand primer a while, squirt a little easy start into the air filter, and away she goes. Starts fine once it has been running, only does this in the mornings.
Any ideas would be most appreciated, thanks.

Put a non-return valve after the fuel filter, it sounds like the diesel is been drawn back from the pump when you stop!
