New forum features

You may notice new buttons when you're posting. (IE browsers get the best looking ones, Netscape users I'm afraid you get boring grey buttons!) These are pretty obvious and work quite well. One big feature included is a Spell Checker (with Grammar and Thesaurus to boot), but I'm sure you won't need to use it too much ;)
