What's going on with this forum lately.
Has everyone deserted it or what. There's been about 5 posts in 2 weeks.
Motorwebs Forum is after getting substantially better with interesting posts everyday and alot of new members so whats the story here has everyone died or something.

Just took a look at the Autopoint site and while it's quite navigable and looks to be set up quite well it appears that absolutely nobody uses their Forum.
At the rate that this place is going it's going to turn out the same.
Is this place being advertised at all, because it definately needs some members.

I don't know whether I'd agree with you or not there AstraM. OK, so there's isn't the same number of threads, but the current threads here appear to have more replies. Also I feel the quality of the posts and knowledge of some of the members here to be quite indept. They make a good reading and at least there's a fair chance to pick up some good motoring knowledge here. Have to agree with you though on the amount of members, not astonishing by any amounts. But then again to be fair, I suppose eForecourt is a new site, and will build up a following over time. I suppose you could say that we are forum pioneers? So Ciaran, what’s the story about advertising for more members then?

Well I have been trying to become a member here for about a year - could not get an activation e mail. I was always very impressed with the quality and knowledge of the posts on here - yes I suppose it does need some advertisment to get it up off the ground

do what everyone else does, invent an unsuspecting handle and post unassumingly on every website [like junior for instance] two weeks prior to spamming their boards with 'visit my new website' threads and signatures..
