I’ve heard of someone looking to get his hands on an E type Jaguar. He’s Italian and currently over here on holidays, so I presume he’s going to have it shipped home to Italy.

He looking to source one for cheap(ish) money, and is willing to restore it himself, so I suppose one with much restoration work required is what he is after, if one should exist in this state at all?

He’s being quite particular about the year/model, so here’s the details.

I hope he knows what he's getting himself into. The problem with any potential rough E-type around here in Ireland, is that they are mostly overpriced, because the owner still thinks the car is "Concours" !!! I've never seen the word Concours and Mint abused so much, as here in Ireland. :)
