This may be a cynical view but ....is it not a coincidence that Eircom directors wanted to issue share options to their Top Brass at a very low price just a few weeks in advance of the Eircell announcment the other day?
Im not an eircom sharholder myself but it does seem suss.
They would have been awarded the shares at around 250 and now theyre pushing towards 290/300
