Got this in a mail...I don't know if this works as I don't have a Nokia myself (and I don't speed anyways ;) ) so don't blame me if you end up speeding and receiving a ticket...

This is pretty good if you want prior notice to tell you that a radar lies ahead.The only thing is you need to posess a Nokia phone. Follow the instuctions below,and it will beep you in advance for you to slow down. Your Nokia cell phone can be programmed to pickup radar speed traps, when programmed your cell phone will pick up the radar and alerts you on the messages alert tone:

* Enter your menu
* Select settings
* select security settings
* select closed user group
* select on
* enter 00000
* press ok
* clear back to normal, within a few seconds your phone will display a radar sign with five zero's next to it. It is now activated.

* Unfortunately only Nokia phones have this function.

Im afraid i dont think this really works Whiplash,

I've had this on my phone for about 2 months and have never got any warnings, then again i havn't run into any speed traps( that i know of ).

Has any one actualy seen this working?

It's a load of bs .. it resets apart of your security system which controls the access group of your network and your restrictions as to what numbers your network allows you use I believe.
