I haven't seen the ad yet, but I’ve heard that Schumi Senior has joined the expanding list of stars that are advertising L'Oréal products. OK, so I can understand the likes of David Ginola, Jennifer Lopez, Claudia Schiffer, and Heather Locklear advertising shampoo, but Schumi hasn’t exactly got long flowing locks of hair now does he? And what the hell does he need to be doing this type of work for with all his millions? Is he trying to get that chiseled chin of his into a modelling career or what?

It truly is a pathetic ad.The voice over sounds ridiculous not one bit like Shumachers.Basically the entire thing makes him look like a faggot.

Those shampoo ads are the pits anyway, no matter who is in 'em. I was in Germany recently and saw Mika Hakkenin in an ad for some soft drink. He actually manages to smile in it would you believe.

I'm sure most of you have seen the latest NIKE ad with all the footballers - now there is a lesson is effective advertising :)

Talking about Mika Hakkenin, have you seen him and DC in an add on Eurosport. Poor Mika did'nt get any lines to speak. It another sad add.

I belive it took them 3 weeks to computer generate a smile on Mika's face for that add.

Phil.

IMO he looks a right twat in that ad. What makes it much worse though is the awful dubbing job. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that he was talking in German and that it was initially made for his home market; it probably plays a lot better like that. I'd imagine that L'Oreal paid him a handsome sum though, and a lifetime supply of L’Oreal shampoo to boot ;)
