Thats interesting reading all right. What a mess they made of the overboosted steering on the new E46 3-series - I'd hate to be reading that after buying one with the 'new' (not 'new new') steering mechanism. But then again, this is an American site, so I wonder is it the same story for right-hand drive versions? And the state of those leather seats after only 1 month! :eek:

Isn't there a BMW site in existence that has a history of all the varies problems/recalls associated with BMW's? Anyone know the site address?
