Jayziz. Its starting to feel like I'm slating each product that is presented on the forum. What I am doing is a little research and putting my findings up here. Hopefully, I'm not offending anybody who likes the products in question. Here is some info about the Wash N' Wax products:
There was a recent court case involving Turtle Wax, Blue Coral & Simoniz in the US regarding the Wash N' Wax products. It seems they are not allowed to advertise anymore that wax is being applied during the use of the product. They can only use terms, something like "Protective Coating"....
So its not true Wax (natural or polymer). The ingredients are Water, Silicone, Mineral Spirits and an emulsifier. It seems to be something that started out as a heavy cleaner which left a film on the car, then when they throw in "mineral spirits" it leaves a heavier film behind.
Oh Dear! Did I just hear a bubble burst?
