Ok then lads and ladies,
The next track day is the 10th of March. Kirkistown is about 2 and a half hours north of Dublin. The cost of the day is £60 sterling, which gets you an hour of track time (4 x 20 mins). If you want to go and spectate you can, it costs you nothing other than time and effort to get there.

There are trying for one track day a month from here on in.

Sounds like a good day out Junior!
When you say 'they' who do you mean?
How many people do you reckon will be going up? and what kind of cars (apart from the norm) might we expect to see there?

They = Trackskills i.e. the people that run the track.

You can expect to see everything from a 2.9 pinto mark II Escort to a 106 GTi and everything in between. I've seen MK I Golf GTi's MK II GTi's ... Sunny GTI-R's Escort Xr3i's, Alfa Sprint, Rx-7, there is a huge variety of stuff that could and will turn up ..

Oh and theres the odd sideways MX-5 courtesy of Taz

Sounds like a good day out to me.
I'll have to check what I'm doing that weekend as it is very close to my birthday. And before you say anything, its my 30th:eek: , so i will be drunk for that week before I come to terms with the big 30.:p

What will you be driving up there Junior?

Miss Daisy I think Phil. I honestly don't know at the moment, I've got some work to finish on the 106 GTi before I go putting the thing back on the track and blasting it to within an inch of the passengers life.

Theres is also the fact that there is a huge Cruise being organised this weekend for Galway. So it's going to be expensive few weeks, unless you want me to take the Bimmer out and show you what the arse drive function is for.
