Default unfair charges

my sister bought a pair of jeans in crisis in galway (i think it goes by a different name now) they cost her €80, a few day later they were reduced to €20. obviously she was upset because it wasnt even sales time it was just a once off offer.
when we questioned them they said they wouldnt give her any money back even tho it wasnt even a week later, it was a only aff offer for that week.
even if it was a 50% reduction it would have been some consilation but it was reduced down to €20, thats just crazy and unfair.
