I've heard that the Skeries 100 is on this weekend (Saturday). Apparantly all the big joes that drove in the IOM TT races should be ther (including Joey Dunlop himself).

Sounds like an event not to be missed if you're into Bikes!

I'm not sure of the details, but the guy who told me said that it start early and he was biking over there at about 8:00 AM . Me thinks I'll still be in bed then!

Maybe BeCos knows more on this score?

Skerries is always a great day out and you don't have to into bikes to enjoy it.
It's always the first Saturday in July and usually attracts all the big Irish names.
You don't have to be there too early as you will find a nice ditch or bank to sit on between races.
I tend to bring my family as they enjoy it very much.
Plenty to see and there is always some gorgeous women there

I can't go myself as I am working all day saturday. If anyone else is going on Sat and takes some photos of the race and the tottie of course, I'll scan them in and stick them up on the site.
